Mickey joined the company in January of 1994, since then he has presented himself as an invaluable member of the frim's team. Mickey maintains an extensive background in Real Estate, both as a Principal and as a Sales Representative.
As a member of firm’s Investment Group, Mickey holds strengths in Multi-residential sales, land for residential construction and stores/apartments. Specializing in the sale of apartments and land for residential construction, Mickey works to create value for clients.
Within his investment realm, Mickey is also accountable for negotiations. Annually, Mickey completes the purchase and sale of transactions totalling $10,000,000 to $50,000,000 dollars.
Ongoing corporate clients include: The Royal Bank, Desjardins Group, Manulife Financial, Crystal Glass Canada, AGF Trust, Tandem Group, Muslim Association of Canada and over 100 private individuals.
Mickey is also highly involved in community activities. He has been an active participant in the Heart and Stroke Association, Lung Association and The Toronto Film Society.
