Through his eight years of investment sales experience in the GTA, Bryce has gained valuable experience and knowledge in dealing with all asset classes. Bryce strives to deliver high level service to both institutional and private clients across the country.
Having worked with both acquisition and disposition mandates, Bryce has experienced both sides of the negotiating table, and past successes have been the result of Bryce's ability to run suitable and efficient process for each assignment. Marketing, underwriting, due diligence, and transactions are all part of the service Bryce provides.
Bryce has recently been involved in the sale of national portfolio of mixed assets on behalf of a prominent private investor.
