Recruited by the firm in 2005
Prior to joining the company’s Investment Sales Group, Dan acted as an Internal Auditor with Scotia Bank, a Marketing Assistant with Del Monte, and a Sales Representative with S.C. Johnson.
Since joining the company in early 2005, Dan’s sales, marketing and analytical skills have complimented the Investment Sales Group. Dan has acted as a Financial Analyst for the group, gaining an extensive understanding in financial modeling methods as they apply to real estate. He is experienced with various specialized software programs that assist in valuating real estate. As a salesperson/analyst of the Investment Sales Group, Dan possesses a prevailing skill set in asset valuation.
Recently, Dan has been exposed to the retail sales market within the GTA, and has been the lead salesperson for several retail plaza listings.
Dan is also gaining experience representing buyers of both industrial and retail product within Ontario.
Dan received an Honours Bachelor in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2004, and has also studied real estate at the University of Amsterdam.
