Recent Experience:
Since joining the company in early 2005, Dan's sales, marketing and analytical skills have complimented the Capital Markets Group. Dan has acted as a financial analyst for the group, gaining an extensive understanding in financial modeling methods as they apply to real estate. As a Director, Dan is responsible for successfully brokering real estate transactions from start to finish. His thoroughness when completing due diligence combined with his excellent communication skills have been a strong asset to the Toronto team.
Recently, Dan has focused on the retail and industrial sales market within the GTA and has been the lead agent on several listings.
Dan is also experienced in representing both buyers and sellers of office buildings and development land within Ontario.
Qualifications:
Dan received an Honours Bachelor in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2004, and has also studied real estate at the University of Amsterdam. He has been a licensed sales representative since January 2006.
